Very stable offshore boat. great range, Hydraulic Bow thruetsr, keel cooled, beautifulty appointed interior. 3 cabin with full beam master Queen, Island Queen and  4 berths aft. Sea-going passage maker. 9knots/max, very smooth at sea. Motored non-stop from Qld in 2007 in very heavy seas, very stable trip.


58’long Carvel Hull Trawler design leisure craft x (3m) beam (Mark, to be checked might be wider), draws 2metres.


Exhausts handmade, designed by owner, stainless steel. Winches on roof for tender.


Built 1988 at Tin Can Bay Qld, by Mick Steger, Not completed.


Purchased by John Sivewright & Kerrie Kemp in 1998.


Completed 1998 – 2001 by Dr John Sivewright & Ms Kerrie Kemp, plans by Laurie Jenkins, Marine architect. Luxury fit out

during this period with recycled blue gum. During 2001 – 2007 was moored at Tin Can Bay in Qld and used in area including around Fraser Island and Tin Can Bay motored to Sydney in 2007.


Keel – Iron Bark, length of hull determined by length of timber cut by the boat builder who had his own saw mill in Gympie Qld.


Hull constructed of Spotted Gum. Has been covered with fibreglass for smooth finish, top class paintwork.

Teak decks.


Engine room has full head room for up to 6’6’’ person.


Original Rolls Royce Engine replaced in 2007 by brand new Yanmar engine very few hours. Yanmar manual available


Northern Lights generator. Ocean Nav navigation equipment, needs to be updated. Autopilot, radar and Ocean nav, manuals available.


Long range fuel tanks and water tanks.


Fitted with full sized kitchen, refrigeration and freezer unit, gas Miele stove, microwave, reverse cycle air conditioning.

Beautiful 10 person Oval mahogany antique table and banquette covered in cream suede with cream suede loose chairs.

Built in Miele Front loader washing machine & Miele Dryer built into lazarette, opening into rear cabin.


Maximum headroom is 6’6”. Ceiling lined with cream vinyl panels.


Separate lounge room at stern, built in coffee tables, TV, radio and entertainment unit.


10 berths. Separate pilot house, lounges, quality inclusions include blinds and Verasce curtains and light fittings.


We inserted portholes, re worked the configuration of cabins to produce Master cabin mid ship with King sixed bed, water storage under bed frame, forward cabin Queen sized bed with water storage under the bed frame, and rear cabin with 4 bunks, lower bunks are double bed size & upper bunks are single size.


The Master & forward cabins each have head and shower, rear cabin has a head.


Front cabin, Queen size island bed. Blue gum wardrobe & dressing tables, chaise lounge adjacent to bed.


Stern cabin, 2 x double bed bunks, 2 x single bunks. Separate toilet. Bunks purpose built, mattresses covered to match cabin.

Integrated Miele washing machine and dryer.


Very roomy Lazorerette, storage ++ holding tanks.


Rear deck with seating and Bar B Q area. (outdoor banquet with storage beneth planned but not yet built)
